Shadday Potkin was a female Jedi Knight who served the Jedi Order and Galactic Republic in the Republic Classic Era and during the Clone Wars, falling victim to Order 69 on Kessel at the end of the conflict.

History

With the Jedi

Shadday Potkin was an arrogant and naive Jedi Knight. She believed it was the duty of the Jedi Order to provide moral leadership to the Galactic Republic and adhered to a strict interpretation of the Jedi Code which even some members of the Jedi High Council found overzealous; Shadday was contemptuous of what she considered "Coruscant values" and secretly disdainful of same-sex relationships, which she regarded as unnatural.

Shadday held her fellow Jedi to these high standards and invariably found that they fell short. She was disgusted by the inappropriate dress of Jedi such as Aayla Secura and Sian Jeisel, fastidiously confiscated and disposed of "obscene" contraband from embarrassed initiates and even argued with Jocasta Nu on restricting access to otherwise harmless material such as The Legend of the Lady Ghost when her research discovered its salacious provenance.

After stumbling upon Barriss Offee and Jyl Somtay in a passionate embrace in the showers, Shadday schemed to persuade Barriss's master, Luminara Unduli, to assist her in exposing the girl to the Jedi Council to ensure her expulsion from the Jedi Order. However, Shadday was unaware that Barriss and her master were engaged in a secret affair of their own, and the two Mirialan Jedi overpowered and restrained her, tormenting her with a vibrator until the haughty knight begged to be fucked. Barriss and Luminara obliged her pleas and, when they were through, Shadday Potkin was left a very different Jedi. Though outwardly still a prim, proper and prudish woman, she began to explore her sexuality with both male and female lovers.

After fighting in the Clone Wars, Shadday joined fellow Jedi Sia-Lan Wezz and Bultar Swan in a conclave on Kessel after Wezz used her underground skills to find shelter when Emperor Palpatine declared the formation of the Galactic Empire. Potkin grew close to her allies, and partnered with Wezz while hiding out from Imperial forces in the Jedi Purge, sharing intimate moments with her and Swan that reminded them of more pleasurable days despite little hope for survival.

The Jedi survivors were forced to make their last stand against Darth Vader and the 501st Legion deep within an abandoned mine. They were subjugated by Vader and handed over to the clone stormtroopers of Commander Appo, who were rewarded by ravaging the Jedi women at Vader's behest. During the sprawling gangbang, Potkin was thoroughly fucked and cum-splattered alongside Wezz and Swan, and was left unconscious on the floor while Appo and other troopers reamed her fellow Jedi. The clones went on to slay their sexual conquests. Shadday Potkin was a female human with brown hair and tanned skin. She wore Jedi robes that were torn to shreds during her last stand on Kessel.

Shadday had a reputation for arrogance and naivety even among her fellow Jedi, many of whom regarded her as a prude. She was dedicated to the Jedi Order, but observed a very strict interpretation of its guidelines which reflected her conservative personality and discomfort about sex. She took it upon herself to police the behavior of younger members of the Order by confiscating "filth" she found in their possession and depositing it in the trash compactor.

Despite her dedication to the Jedi Code, prior to her encounter with Barriss and Luminara, Shadday harbored and even expressed homophobic views out of step with the values of the Order. However, after her encounter, she loosened up and developed a slightly more liberal attitude which lasted throughout the Clone Wars. She grew close to Sia-Lan and Bultar in their solitude on Kessel, their trysts reminding each other of more pleasurable days, though they saw little hope for survival.

Shadday Potkin was bisexual, but her latent sexuality was deeply repressed for many years by her own conservatism and zealous dedication to the Jedi Code, and She observed strict vows of chastity and purity and was contemptuous of what she called "Coruscant values", preferring the more outwardly staid social mores of Chandrila, but after her passionate submission to the Mirialans, she shed many of her severe views to explore her sexuality with both male and female lovers.

Shadday Potkin first appeared in Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, with a notable appearance in the 2005 Legends comic Star Wars: Purge, and was named for designers Usana Shadday and Noah Potkin. Shabby Blue depicted her in the background of SBROTS34 - Order 69: Sia-Lan Wezz & Shadday Potkin, using the likeness of actress Rashida Jones.
