- "It is a hotbed of rebellion, young Salvatore. Do not fall victim to Alderaan's false tranquility."
- ―Dray, to Isaac Salvatore
Dray was a male admiral in the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire. He commanded the Victory-class Star Destroyer that transported Captain Isaac Salvatore to Alderaan for Senator Bail Prestor Organa's senatorial gala.
Biography[edit]
- "I never underestimate an opponent. The Emperor himself briefed me before dispatching me here."
"You had an audience with His Majesty? A mere captain?" - ―Isaac Salvatore and Dray
Admiral Dray was a grizzled elder man who conversed with Salvatore while his Star Destroyer maintained orbit over Alderaan, warning the younger man not to be fooled by the planet's false tranquility. Salvatore revealed that he had previously had an audience with Emperor Palpatine, which caused Dray to treat him more diffidently. The admiral departed to prepare a shuttle for the officer's arrival on Alderaan.[1]
Once Salvatore and Mara Jade completed their business, Dray's Star Destroyer transported Salvatore back to Coruscant.[1]
Description[edit]
- "Shall I have a shuttle prepared for your landing?"
- ―Dray, to Isaac Salvatore
A male Imperial officer older than Isaac Salvatore, Admiral Dray had a gray, creased face. He was a grizzled man who believed Alderaan to be a hotbed of rebellion, and was diffident to members of the Imperial Court.[1]
