Diva Shaliqua, originally known as Shaliqua, was a female Theelin hybrid who earned the celebrated title of Diva as a prized slave girl owned by Jabba Desilijic Tiure. She assisted him in breaking fellow slaves while serving as his chosen plaything, and later joined the celebrations of Rotta's birth by being shared by Jabba and Dranga. Her master gifted her to Dranga, and she was taken to Nal Hutta to endure pleasure and pain from Dranga and his relatives. In later years the Nikto crime lord Rinnrivin Di fled the Hutt Clan with Shaliqua's shock collar and metal bikini, and used the former on Lady Carise Sindian while claiming her as his sex slave "Gukhi".

A half-breed of the rare Theelin species, Shaliqua was a pale-skinned, blue-haired female who was born into slavery as the offspring of two servants of Ingoda the Hutt. She was sold to Jabba Desilijic Tiure and served as his slave girl on Tatooine. As a prized slave of high status, Shaliqua earned the celebrated title of Diva—considered even rarer than her species. Jabba broke her personally, and she became his favorite slave and one of his chosen playthings, marked by the golden metal bikini she wore. Diva would break in other slave girls for her master, and at other times let him slip his prehensile tail between her legs. She accompanied her master to the podrace and stood beside him as it played out. At some point she encountered Gardulla Besadii the Elder and experienced an orgasm in the Hutt's company, which Gardulla believed was tasty because of the pleasure felt as Diva produced it.

Rinnrivin ultimately took Shaliqua's shock collar and metal bikini with him when leaving the Hutt Clan during the gang war that tore the kajidics apart. He later used the collar on Lady Carise Sindian when she assented to serve as his sex slave, "Gukhi", on Bastatha, and suggested she wear the bikini during their next tryst.
